Question Over Rev Buzzer a bit to quiet

Kinda of a random question... But my over Rev Buzzer is way too quiet, along with my open door chime. Does anyone know where the box is located, and what color the ground is? I want to see if I can get this thing to be a bit louder. Thanks!

Over Rev buzzer is in the instrument cluster on the side behind the circuit board. Its a little white box. Its soldered to the circuit board. Not sure about the door chime? I think its part of the CPU on the driver's side kick panel?
