Pilot bearing. Clutch related
I just replaced that god damned pilot bearing about a year and a half ago. it seems to be making a racket again. The sound stops after the cars warmed up. But i think the clutch slave cylinder may be related because i have a bungie cord holding the clutch pedal up from the floor. When the bungie is not hooked up the clutch will work fine...then sometimes it just stick to the floor but with about 1.5 inches of play.. You can still change gears but the 1 foot of play is moved to about 1.5-2 inches. Meanin you can get real quick shifts in , but usually let out the clutch to fast and stall the car.
I just had the slave cylinder replaced. Could i need a new one already? Thats why the bearing is loud because not enough pressure is being applied by the hydraulic system?

Pilot bearing? I would think that your problem would be the 'clutch release bearing'! Cheap release bearings don't ;ast long before they start to whine and squeal.
Your slave cylinder may be shot, but the bungy cord is not the recommended fix
The hydralic system only applies pressure when you push on the clutch pedal, any other time it would cause the clutch to begin disengaging, not good
If you haven't already, down load the FSM and check for the proper clutch adjustment procedure, it should be real easy to find the problem as you follow the FSM.

My bet is the clutch release bearing!
When I had a cheapo clutch release bearing, the one that came with the clutch kit, it would make all sorts of noise when your foot was off the clutch (in neutral), but stoped as soon as you pushed the clutch to the floor.
The fix: buy a good quality clutch release bearing
The one sold with ACT kits works well (RB091), made by Nachi of Japan ( the cheapo was mostly plastic).

You can hardly hear it when the cars warmed up... But i think it has to do with the clutch slave cylinder not putting enough pressure on the bearing so its making noise. Happened once before

About that slave cylinder, it should only put pressure on the release bearing when you depress the clutch, any other time it should not, so engine temp will not be a factor in it's operation.
