the guy who built the motor, instead of putting the front belt pulleys on the one way they will go on, made his own holes so who knows how far off the timing is

I believe that the word around the campfire on the 92 TII is that they were left over from the 91 model year...there are no real differences..accept the vin numbers i think. I always thought there weren't any 92 RX-7s, til i got on this forum..i think only 2 people have a turbo II on here..i might be wrong on this though....i bet someone will say something if i am wrong.

yeah, supposedly vaughnc has a 92 T2. i think he said thats what it says when he enters the VIN into carfax anyway. but i'd really like to see the build date of it on the door...

next step is to turn the motor over and find tdc, and set up the pullies from that. i dont know what is wrong but it runs with the trailing ignition disconnected?!?
