i am finishing up porting my wastegate on my s5 t2 all i have to do is smooth out the inside some more i ported to about the faint outline of the flapper door are the ports big enough so i dont get boost creep or do they need to be bigger yet let me know what you's think

 

it's kinda hard to tell with your pictures. it doesnt look like you took much meat off (ported) at all. look up RETed's site. that should give you something to compare it to. Oh, there was also a thread started and someone actually measured his portjob.

 

i read reteds how to it takes awhile to port it with the bit i got its small so it takes awhile ill try to take some more off and post some more pics i guess
