pics and vids of my dynotune

Hi again,
Ok i've had my car dynoed, got 132kw at the rear wheels on minimum boost, and as soon as we upped the boost the clutch started slipping. Unforunantly the whole clutch needed changing, so it's getting an exedy daiken 5 puck sprung loaded brass button clutch put in now, should be done this week, after which it'll be dynoed again. I still have that hunting idle, but as soon as the revs are increased a little it runs perfect. Anyways here's a few pics, also the guys there thought it was mild-extend ported by the sound, and that it has a hi-flowed or aftermarket turbo, because of how laggy it is and that it didn't feel like it was struggling in the slightest at 1.1 bar (clutch was slipping though), it was doing 119 kw at the wheels on 3.5k rpms! But clutch slipped. So the next run after the clutch is in should be interesting, will post some more stuff then.

Thumbs up Cool...

The car sounds wicked good in the first vid. What's that sqeaky noise? A girl, the jacked clutch, or transaxle related? The way the camera jerks back really communicates the g forces.

I'm not sure the visual point of the last picture of the left rear tire on the dyno, but thanks for cropping out that guy's butt crack.

Keep up the good work!

Haha, yeh well we stayed with the butt crack for a while, he is a famous mechanic called dr. drift after all, but then we thought we'd expand our horizons past crack, to the car.

Ok there's two squeeks, the one on the dyno when it starts is the fuked thruster bearing. It seems the whole clutch is stuffed, i've been driving around with that squeek every take off for about 3 weeks. You can literally see people look and think 'wow nice car', then hear the squeek and cringe. Lol.
The squeek with me driving at night is a girl; my friend liz, had to change her underwear after that :P Even though it's only on 7 psi!

Anyways, i'll post some more vids up of dr drift's crack on the next dyno, when it will hopefully be producing some impressive power. It's deafening at high revs, because there's brick walls all around it as it's at the back of this mech's workshop, the sound just reverberates, and you HAVE to block your ears, it's like standing next to a 747 .

Anyways i'll post a new thread when the new dyno is done, hopefully in a couple of days!
Dan.

I knew it was a chick squeaking with the g-forces. Ha!

If you are gonna show butt crack then keep it low res, okay?
