I can't cruise out of the power band (any time not accelerating) without either being in a low gear (high cruise RPM). I was going about 40mph on the way home and it started and it goes from stumble to surge to bucking. My initial guess was TPS, but I checked it, set it this march. Plus, could it really have that much of an effect?

I can feel the minute surging often when im not accelarting/decelerating.

Removed emissions, TB mod, 5spd swap.
