heat gun or an oven set on lowest setting with door propped open so it doesnt melt everything. just something to get the glue hot but not ruin the surface of the light. and for the other guy, s4 is the square older lights, s5 are the round lights

If you don't know if your car is an S4 or an S5... you need to do more reading.. know your car before you start tearing into it...

Your car is an S4...

86-88 is S4, 89-91 is S5

S5 lights can be baked apart (diffuser thing), S4 lights cannot.

So you CAN do it, but it screws them all up? I *CAN* rebuild my engine with super glue... but it would screw it all up.

See.. I'd love to see pictures of it.. screws up or not.. just so I can see that it was done.. .the potential of the S4 lights without diffusers would be cool to see.

i should have some pics up today of my broken lights . thompsonrx7 no oyu cant make the orunded look of the s5 lights but you can take them apart nad make your own styl lights. simplyput them in the over for 5 mins or so around 70degrees celcius and when you can kinda putt the glue off them you should be able to pull them apart. be very carfull there very fragile. i should have some pics up later on.

I wonder if the white LEDs are bright enough for reverse.
