I love my new Advan SA3 wheels and I bet I am the only FC in the US with them. I have seen some Jap FC's but never any in the US. I did the 5 lug conversion and upgraded to 91 TII vented rotors and 4 piston brakes. Anyway thanks to TonyC (Tony Chen) who came through with the wheels straight from Japan . (SEE THREAD)
Also thanks to darkwaveboi for the spare wheel/tire. This guy is a real nice 17year old kid. Has a nice 91FC too.
If anyone has questions on the 4-5 lug conversion, let me know. Also what do you think of the Advan's?

Do you have a shot of the front of your car. Looks like you have a chin spoiler on there

 

Personally, I don't like 3-spoke design wheels, but if that's what you like that's what counts.

 

I'm not a big fan of 3 spoke wheels either but for some reason I DO like those. I also think that the car color needs to complement the wheels though they stand out a little too much compared to the cars color. Also what profile tires are those...and what kinda lowering springs/coilovers do you have? ANY PICS OF THE CHIN SPOILER?!?

 

there's a guy in Houston with a black series 5 FC with 17" SA3R's in black with a red lip. Looks badass.

 

3 Spokes aren't my bag either, but if you like them, that's cool. They certainly are different and they look pretty good on their.

 

That looks great! Very Japanese style- since 3 spokes are so OUT over here. Your car is looking nice, keep finding your own style/following trends from your cars mother land. Ian

3 spokes dont do the car justice but they're nice rims none the less

 

Those rims are old-school for the FC3S - used to see a lot of em in Japan running around with them.&nbsp You need to get some lowering springs - that fender gap is unsightly with those small rims.

i hate you! heh, j/k. i love advan 3 spokes. the sa3r is prolly my favorite. looks sweet man. im jealous though. i wanted to be the only FC running around with advans, but you beat me to it.

 

Thanks for all the compliments. I know 3 spoke are not "in" but I still love'em. The pics dont really do it justice, I will take some better ones tomorrow. I do have ST lowering springs all the way around, however it still seems to ride a little high. I am thinking that my car is so light that the springs are not compressing as much? Could that be possible? Do the struts make a difference in height? I am running 205/55/16 and 225/50/16 on the 16 inch rims. Well thanks again for the compliments. Oh and FC3AZ, yes it is the N! Dual.
