do you mean the weather stripping on the side windows? if its just discolored, u can use armor all or some tire foam gloss to make them black again. sometimes they get that way from excess wax getting on that part. just touch it up with some stuff, it'll look great. if you mean that they are tore up, mazda has new ones, but for $30 a piece i think...

For the weather stripping I just pulled mine off and peeled off what was left fo the Black plastic pieces that coat it(Some was left and the rest was rusted). I just sanded it down and painted it with some black spray paint.
