well i finally got her running,.... o i should say what it is lol, 85 12A body, with a 91 S5 JDM 13BtII. I ended up getting a a front clip body harness from RPM (thanks much JOE) I then got help from a hydraulic company in London Ontario with my turbo oil return hose,(il post pics of it some time today) I decided to keep my factory Bov for now and just leave it vent out side(hoping it would not be to loud lol)
after 9 months into the project it finally started, 4 months of witch i did nothing to it, but now its all getting done at a friends town house parking spot.
il post the link with a video of how it sounds with a straight pipe exhaust system and a vibrant muffler.

 

Dude, you should have sent me a PM. I've done a tone of turbo 1st gens. What are you doing for EMS? Was it Hose Tech that did the oil return?

ems?? o ecu? factory, hey do you have any parts? i need a S5 Map sensor, and where the hell do you get your drive shaft done? london driveline wants like 700$ for one
