looks to be a series5 by the bumper and skirts...

maybe he just changed his wheels?

Yeah, the front clip is definatley series 5. I wonder why he would put on the older and (in my opinion) ugly, 87-88 rims. he says the turbo is still good, but if the apex seal managed to clogg the cat, then I would say that the turbo is probably f*cked.
