You should have asked the posters to state if their red FC's were still on their original paint job. Mines almost 20 years old, and looks great in the sun, but put it under some halogen light and ewwww.

Mine (pictured in the 3rd post on this thread) is still the original factory sunrise red from 1987. It fades every 3 months or so, but polish always brings it back.

The drivers side has a few large key marks, but otherwise, the paint has held up quite well over the years.
