If you run way to rich like two three time more will it make it hard to start up and if no will having bad time make it.

if you add to much 2 stroke will it flood easy and also my timing is off

why would you add too much in the first place? and I doubt it because the injectors inject the same amount of fuel.

Your timing has nothing to do with pre-mix.

It will most likely smoking significantly, but it doesn't really affect the engine running unless you dump like over a GALLON in the tank.
