What does your oil gauge reads at idle and at 3k rpms?

Fluctuates....

I'll get 30PSI at idle and 60 PSI when under load...

Sometimes around 45 PSI while cruising

damn im getting below 30 proly 15, 20 sometimes I get the 30 but most of the time below 30 at idle and it takes awhile to go up to 60 when reving to 3k what could be wrong?

your oil pressure gauge is probably off. The stock units are not very accurate. I get the same readings as you and I verified my oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and it was fine.
