Ya people are buying them, but the only reason people try not to buy them because their all pretty much abused. I'm about to spend around $2k just trying to get my car to top shape !

I think that most people want to buy bone stock t2's to start modding out. You really can't ask much for a NA.
their just is not many people who are willing to pay 5k for a 14-18 year old car with 160-200 hp.

Niether of my FC's lasted more than a year on the stock engines.
That's one reason.
Now I have to sell my 88 SE for like $500 cause it's got a coolant seal problem.
I bought my 88 GTU w/82k on it with a great body for $2400.
So far after the TII swap the total is going to be around 6-7k.
Although I'm doing everything right the first time instead of cheap and not reliable.

that's another thing i don't see how people keep blowing engines. I had an n/a with nitrous that i wasn't smart with at all that i still can't believe i didn't pop the motor on. I drove around with my TII for a while with stock injectors, pump, and ecu and all i heard was your going to blow it blah blah blah and it's never given me any problems.

Damn. Around here, you wouldn't have any problem selling either of those at those prices, as long as the exterior looks decent. Of course, most of the people around here are too stupid to check to see if the car is actually RUNNING right. If it's got good paint, it's like NEW!

the 87 TII has a dent in the front paint is so so. Interior is needs work but could be a bad *** car if someone repainted it and got like new carpet and a radio.
91 n/a is black on black leather sunroof system, tint, apex'i intake and nice dual exhaust. I put them in autotrader and nobody will even call for months.

As soon as I fix my FC I'm selling it with the quickness, and moving over to piston engines, maybee a 951. The only reason I don't like rotarties is the ******* engines blow without any trouble.

Yea, I have two Rx's 87 and 86 N/A. I'm selling the 86 but most of the people have big eyes and not wanting to spend the money on an older car despite how much work you put into them. These cars are more for the enthusiust who appreciates this type of vehicle.

i'd love to have a T2, granted a stock one. i learned my lesson buying turbo cars, let alone modified ones. if i'm going to be replacing everything anyway, i'll do it on my own time.
