Pedal Removal

I’m currently removing the automatic pedals from my 89 FC and it still doesn’t want to come out and the steering column still doesn’t want to drop. I have also disconnected the brake pedal from the brake booster so I’m not sure what else is still holding it on.

are you doing a manual swap? if so, it's much easier to remove the one long bolt and install the clutch pedal into your existing pedal box

yes I am doing a manual swap, but wouldn’t I have to do some tweaks to the wiring since I won’t have a clutch switch?

The dash harness doesn't have the plugs for the clutch switches.
You do have to do some wiring to defeat the Park starter interlock and reverse lights.
