PassengerSide Harness Help

So I'm working with a 91' n/a passenger engine harness, actually have two and both are incomplete. I was told by the person who gave them to me, that i could transfer the plugs from 1 to the other to make a complete one. I've done so except with these 2 wires, which have been cut.

I know its hard to see but its at the end of the harness, not the ecu plug end but the other end. This is the picture of the group of plugs around it. (Don't mind the Korean newspaper... gotta use whats available)

I really don't know what these two wires do. If they are required to run the engine then I'm pretty screwed... I'm trying to avoid buying a new harness or just the plugs from elsewhere... hopefully it connects to the headlights or something.

ps. This is for my 91 n/a engine swap into my 79' sa, so I only need the engine harness to make the engine work and nothing else. Just so you guys/gals don't think I'm crazy for being okay with having no working headlights.

Its the wires to the right of the pliers, if you look at the group with the long green wire, there are 2 cut wires right when they start to split up. They dont seem to have any abstract color, just black... both of them

I think we are confused on what 2 black wires these are. I took another look at my harness and it seems that the eyelet ground is on another part of the harness, unless there are 2. These two wires are in the same bunch as the last 2 injector plugs.

The green one looks like the one I hook into, IIRC, the back of my coolant filler neck.

Not the green one, but the 2 cut black ones, in the same bunch as the green one
