passenger side (along the bottom of the window)weatherstrip replacement

My passeneger door weatherstip is cracked and falling apart, and before I go buy a new one, I'm looking to see if this is an easy thing to replace myself...
Does anyone know if you have to remove the glass to replace the exterior weatherstrip (along the bottom of the window)? Is it an easy thing to replace?

There's a post on one of the fc3s websites with sanding and recovering those.

You can also get aftermarket plastic ones off of mazdatrix.com I believe.

You have to take off the inside mirror trim, the three screws holding the mirror on, and then it pops up and off.

GREAT!! Thanks guys!... I just ordered one from my Mazda dealership... (I know, the expensive way to go, but it's hard to find the parts fast otherwise). Part was $52 CAD (prob. $30ish USD).
