Smile Passed emissions....no ACV/EGR

For those that are afraid of yanking of your emissions stuff...I say go for it. I finally got around to getting my emissions testing done. I had gone in before and passed everything wonderfully except failed HC. Well I took the walbro off and put in the stock fuel pump. That took a big 20 min. to do.

Basically I just but on the air pump, ran a hose from the air pump directly to the lower part of the split air pipe. Getting the pre cat and main cat back on by myself was a little tricky and a bitch, but I got it together. Well I passed with badass numbers. I had .01 out of 1.01 CO and I think 110 HC number. Booyah. Within a couple hours I was back to the old set up

BTW for all the clean air ****'s I'm probably going to get a high flow cat soon, and have my an exhuast shop add some flanges to the the part of my MP they cut out so I can swap between cat and test pipe. Yeah I'm still a **** head youngster but I'm starting to think I don't want my kids (God forbid I ever have them) having to breathe in all the nasty **** that my car is shooting out. Well that and the girl I took on a date a while ago always told me she smelled gas when she got in my car. lol
