Parts, and PUNKS

Is there a reason for people to be interested in buying parts from
another forum member ,then when they find out they HAVE to pay
for it first,,they vanish..I've had a shipped the part.and then the
people don't pay, punks (young) who,(i think)are out just to burn
other forum members, who don't care about nothing but themselves
and so wrapped-up in there cars, and count on the vast distance of
the internet to try to get away with it...BE CAREFULL,,and to those
who read me....DON'T **** AROUND,YOUR NOT ALL THAT,GROW UP

Do what I do... hunt them down and kill them if they don't pay.

Or make them pay first.

Got to add my $02 here. Long story short.
I needed a T2 Tranny/DS/HS. A guy tells me HEY I have I can hook you up for 700 To your door. In great shape. I had the loot and was like OK. He says "Send me like 100 up front for shipping and the rest when you get it". I'm like cool. I go in and PAYPAL him $100.00. SO A week or so passes. Im like calling him, emailing him like every couple days. (7 was broke down w8n for parts ) He is all like. Ohhhh Sorry havent shipped it yet. I havenet been to the place where it is at. I live in my van and my Van is broke down. Im like playin it cool like ok man but you said I send loot you ship. SO (like the nice guy I am ) I send like another chunk of change. Like 150 or so. BTW He did have the money to ship the stuff that was the reason it didnt get shipped. And like 1 month has passed. Im like what hap to the money I sent ya. He was like BLA BLA BLA SOB STORY. NOW IM PISSED....... Im like send my stuff. another month or so later a box come. Its the TRANNY . but.... no DS and 1 HS has broken seal. At this point I owe the guy like 260 is all. He emailed me the day that he mailed it and is like man i need the money I shipped the stuff can I get the money. I am like sure dude NP. LIKE I WAS GONNA PAY IM TILL I SAW THIS STUFF. And lucky for me I didnt. Anyway I email and tell him to send the the DS and a fixed HS and he can have the rest of the loot. 6 Months Later he sends me the stuff and is all like OK can I hacve the money now. I need it now. NOW. Are you insane now YOU can w8 MFER.

YOU KNOW WHO YOUR ARE..............

There is actually a thread going on in the Lounge started by some forum member of how he ripped of some store or something. Followed up by other stories, all dealing with successful ripoffs. Its just Fraud perpetrated by little kids. They think its cool. You really want to deal with people who are proud of that kind of stuff? Unfortuantely, that thread probably started after your transaction...

To the guy who said that the money order was sent, so it's not on him anymore, it is still on you until the person you're sending the money to gets it. I mean, you can go and put a stop payment on the money order and issue another one if it's been lost in the mail.

It's not cool to screw people over by getting a part and not sending the money. Especially if someone's gonna be WAY cool and send the part BEFORE you send the money. I sell things on Ebay ALOT, and I NEVER send the product before I get the money, I got burned once and it won't happen again.

I guess Mark Perez will just have to stop being a nice guy and not send any parts anymore until he already has the money in hand.

Jeff

There is a wonderful service at www.escrow.com. You submit the money to them, the person ships the part, you have a short amount of time to verify that it is represented correctly, then they release the money. It works very well.

I don't know how you guys can trust other people. There are too many jerks and scamers. I don't understand how ebay can even work! Someone has to trust someone or else the deal can't go through. The only reason this works with stores is that they have a reputation and repeat business to worry about. What does an anonymous person have to loose screwing you over? Unless it's a small ticket item I will never exchange anything with anyone over the internet. (unless it's a business)

Yeah,it's rough out there, but one(me)can't live in fear,,sure things happen, but don't be affraid to get out there,,I've just got this faith
in people,i want others to trust me, for what i say and do.(reputation)
and yes it's good to be straight up with others, when dealing with
someone if one has a bad rap, they ruin it for themselves, because no
one trust's them,(if they know the person)or they FIND out about'em.
all i can say is if one buys something from another FORUM MEMBER.
pay for it,or vice versa, so nobody gets there hearts broken,i've deal't
with others here and all turned out cool,,you know we all want people to say good things about us, instead of negative stuff thats why it's important to be straight up,,sure i'm an *******,,but i'm not a thief or
a liar,or whatever one may call it, to make themselves able to live
with themselves..peace.,.,.,

no email responce nothing.

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY ONE on this Forum
especially when the ADMINS dont give a **** that members are ripping of other members.

I will only buy if your in florida and I can drive to pick up and pay for that part I want.
