Very Nice. When will it be ready? Do we get to choose the color of the silicone? Will it work with a stock BOV?

Why not just vent the BOV to the atmosphere?

Someone who owns a piston car, told me that would mess with the metered air.

It does mess with the metered air, some side effects include stalling (do to vac leaks/ultra rich condition at time of Blow Off) The vac leak can be stopped and the ultra rich condition can cause anything from pops to flames.

As long as you pick the proper check valve you should be fine.

the ultra rich condition can cause anything from pops to flames.
Pops and flames are cool

This picture is backwards but it gives you the idea. The check valve should be installed on the right of the factory BOV.

It's just a standard check valve any plumber would use. You can find one at any Home Depot or local hardware store with out any trouble.
