Unhappy Part II: car won't start

Okay, now for everyone who gave me advice in getting my car started after a wash of the motor here's the out come.

I did the unflood thing which the majority said to do and it still does'nt start. Plugs are still good also.

I even check to see if it was getting any spark down to the plugs and it came up positive and did provide sparks to each spark plug individually. So my question is, where the heck is a distributar on this thing? You'll have my head twisted in this one, I know there's like coil packs, but not distributars. Where you'll calling the coil packs "distributars"? This tiny motor has me stunned.

The motor turns and turns, but no start. Could there be anything else to cause this after a motor wash? I'm getting spark to the plugs and the car is unflooded and can't think of anything else, but to check if it's getting any fuel.

Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump is located and the proper way to relieve the fuel pressure? I am thinking of relieving the pressure then disconnect the gas line from the pump to the motor and see if it pushes any gas through when I try to crank the motor. Will this work to see if there's any fuel passing up to the motor?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

To relieve fuel rail pressure, just shut the car off with a fuel kill switch. It will completely empty the fuel rail. Maybe take your gas cap off (what haynes says anyways). If you pull the plugs after trying to start, is there fuel on them?

Do you mean, try to start the car then pull the plugs to see if there's any fuel? If so let me know and I will try tomorrow instead of doing the whole fuel thing. I really don't know much about these cars and I don't know if it would leave gas on the plugs. However I heard if the rotary sits for about 2 years like mine it will flood and if this is so, when I checked my plugs there was no fuel on the firing tips just the threads of the plugs I believe. So after I put them back in there was still no start and is why I'm posting again.

The way I was told in the original "car won't start, need help" and repeated the process twice to make sure.

Basically, removed the plugs(4) and pulled the EGI fuses and floored the car while I cranked for 10-15 seconds, then repeated 15 minutes later.
