Parking Brake Light when hard turning?

ok just recently ive noticed everytime i hop in my car and go for a drive, if i take a turn hard my parking light come on and remains on for awhile. then it justs cuts off on its own sooner or later.

its on a 88 tII and i noticed it right around when it started getting cold out if that might have anything to do with it...

i have somewhat of a related question... what does it mean when you brake kind of hard and the ebrake light goes on? does that also mean low brake fluid?

Its because when you make a hard turn with the fluid being low it will uncover the sensor in the reservoir

You know how a level sensor work right? Little float moving up and down... When the fluid is very low cornering and braking move it away from the sensor, so it drops and triggers the light.

If you haven't checked your brake fluid for ages (or ever...) you should be ashamed of yourself for not looking after your car properly. If you have checked it recently and it's lost a lot of fluid since then, you obviously have a leak and need to find it and fix it quickly.

yup yup. Check all your fluids when you get gas (you know it takes a while to fill it all the way up so don't be lazy). Check the oil, PS, Brakes, clutch, filter, any wires near a heat source. Come on it isn't a Honda you can just get INTO, drive and never have to do any maintenance.

It will if the brake fluid is low enough.

Make sure you check your blinker fluid as well. That is easily overlooked.
