Painting Spoiler

I baught an oem fc spoiler but its red and my car is white, the spoiler is made of some kinda plastic and I dont wanna sand it, how can I take off the red paint so I can prime and repaint it. Or should I just prime overtop of it and repaint it, thx.

Lightly sand, prime, paint white

If your paint is cracking like mine, you'll need to use a liquid stripper that's safe on rubber & plastic.

Then etch prime using a flex-agent addative/base, wetsand, main prime with a flex-agent addative/base, wetsand, basecoat, wetsand, basecoat, wetsand, basecoat, wetsand, basecoat, wetsand, clearcoat.
