well just remembering were all the plugs go...I got the engine harness down...but the harness for the lights and everything else seems a lot

If you are set on spray bombing the engine bay you could atleast get a paint shop to mix up some REAL paint in aerosol cans.

As long as the harness stays intact there is no way for them to move around. Lay it back out the way it went came out and everything should be self-explanatory. IIRC, there are no duplicate plugs so nothing should be confused
