Paint Gurus Needed- How much to buy?

Well i have pretty much decided that I am going to keep the T2 (unless someone really shows up with a load of bills) So I am going to make it what I want it to be. This is going to consist of:
Pulling off all the S4 trim and adding the S5 trim,
Pulling off the front and rear bumpers and adding the S5 bumpers
Adding the Shine lip
s5 tails and s5 OEm sideskirts

I have everything but the lip and sideskirts. I am going to paint the parts J5 Artic silver as the rest of my car is immaculate. I want to be able to swap back to S4 parts if I ever go to sell the car so I will save the OEM pieces. My replacement S5 parts are MINT but are all white, so they need to be painted. I have painted a few cars and parts so i am not worried about the painting process I just need some advice on how much paint to buy in order to paint all of the forementioned parts.

Also any tips on a sealer product to use that is compatible with the poly bumpers would be great..

Thanks guys. pictures below are of my car and some of my past work.

I think a Quart will do. I have a hookup and Chromabase with basemaker is $99 with my discount.... 2 Different pearls in the Artic Silver J5..
