Pacific glass sunroof

Salvage yard posted parting out gxl 86 model, so I went and found this REALLY good shape glass sunroof. Paid 50$ for the whole assembly. The research I've done shows them valued at 350$.
Questions are
1- Anyone know what they are worth now
2- Should I use it
3- On the gasket there is about a 2 1/2'' gap, was there a coupler there?

Someone local to me is selling just the glass panel for $450, not including the whole assembly! Sounds like you've lucked out

Up to you. I've got a clear acrylic sunroof panel on mine, and enjoy it. Would you rather have a sought after part & a moon roof, or the cash?

Not sure..

Yep, up to you. That's a HELL of a deal...

Personally I'd rather have no sunroof at all, but if I had an FC just for commuting then ideally I'd like to have the Pacific Glass. jeez... $50...

I have the gap too in my pacific roof, the gasket is pretty much shot, but haven't had much luck finding a new one.

i doubt you'd get more than $250 for it. that's a reasonable figure for someone who really wants a moonroof that badly, i just open the sunroof when i want such a thing.

IIRC certain years of a honda pasport or crv?? have the weatherstripping that will work with the pacific glass sunroof... I can't remember exactly, or even where I found that info. But that is your only option.
