Oxygen Sensor

Hello again to all- I am looking to replace my oxygen sensor on my 88 gxl, but im not too sure where it's located. If anyone could help me with locating it, and any other information that would help in the removal process, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance----Ren

Its on the exhaust manifold. Look on the passenger side, right below the Lower Intake Manifold at the back of the engine.

It might be different on yours, but mine is on the passenger side of the engine compartment about 6" from the firewall on the exhaust manifold.

it's really hard to get to with a wrench. Not for me though, nice and easy to get to the o2 sensor on my RB header

I just changed my oxygen sensor....
it's very easy..
I had to buy the O2 sensor tool...that costed as much as 1/2 the new O2 sensor. If you skilled, maybe you can get it out with a 22mm socket
