Overheating whats goin on here.

Ok heres the deal we recently put in a reman with 10k on it i got it from my friend ray crow so i'm pretty sure its a good motor or he wuldnt keep it around, and it was fine the first few days i've only put 40 miles on it but one night i came home and the radiator cap was leaking (aluminum radiator), so i figured the little hooks weren't gripping so i bent them more and all was well, i drove to school and to my surprise it was leaking again but i'd have to deal with it when i got back to the car, well on my way home the car starts overheating temp gauge is a lil below half, so i shut her off, run down to advance auto get another cap and same thing happens, so i figure its the seat where the cap goes right? So i get another radiator and it must have been the seat because this one is fine, and i start the car up and let it idle and i notice its getting hot again and this radiator had the bleed plug and i removed it while pouring coolant in until it came from there, and after the car started overheating i shut her off and coolant started squiring out of the tube on the overfill tank, and when i shook the bottle it was almost empy, well i figured it was air bubbles, and i tried bleeding it but i think i did it the wrong way, i coverd the neck fill hole and kept squeezing the hose then pour coolant in and repeat and i think i forced coolant into the overfill because i noticed the overfill was getting more coolant in it then it had before. Well i startd the car anyways to see what would happen, and once i did a little coolant started dripping out of the overfill tank and onto the ground and at this point i got scared, could this just be because i forced alot of coolant into the overfill tank? Or a coolant Seal, i tried all the tests i could except pressure testing but it passed the others. Help.

was the car cold when you started it and fluid started dripping into the overflow bottle?

Have you checked the thermostat?

clutch fan... hahaha i'm soooo happy, when i first cranked the car up the fan felt like it was blowing a ton of air and after a min or two i went back and put my hand there and it wasn't blowing anything really at all, could feel a little warmth but not much.
