overheating suxor
My daily driver Volvo overheated because of a burst while I was circling inside the airport so I had to drive out before stopping. Bad idea. My head is now warped and will cost $2500 to replace with a remanufactured head. Suxor to be me.
Alright, TII related question. Has anybody tried putting a heat shield between the engine and the pulsation damper to keep that sucker from failing so quickly? It looks as if the secondary fuel rail has the same PD on the end, but that doesn't seem to fail, maybe since it's farther from the engine.
