Overflow not returning
Hey guys,
I have a small problem now with my coolant.
It seems that the overflow tank is filling above capacity. I did a search and it looks like this could be the work of the radiator cap. It is really starting to get to me.... run perfectly fine when I fill it with coolant... until I turn off the car... starts flowing out of the overflow tank.. doesn't return it to the filler cap.
I just replaced the cap with I believe a 1.3 bar cap.
Gonna go get it tested in a few.. .any other suggestions?

its also possible you have a leak somewhere, the system depends on airtightness to function. look at the waterpump, the hose under the oil filter, radiator, tstat cover etc
