Over heating Issue

My 1987 TII has recently started to over heat. I tried a new thermostat and that didn't work. So i simply removed it all together. I checked the radiator for flow and it seem to flow easily by running water through from a hose. Then I took the hose off the thermostat housing and turned the car on and no water was being pumped out. So i replaced the water pump today. Once i turned the car back on with the radiator cap off to get rid of any air in the system it it began to over heat yet again. However this time i noticed that the radiator where the coolant was entering was hot and the opposite side of the radiator was absolutely cool.

Could my radiator be clogged? If so any recommendations on unclogging it or would it need to buy a never rad? It is an older Koyo radiator.
