Over fueling

OK I can't figure this one out.
I built a new motor for an s4, used s5 rotors high compression.
Removed all the emissions, aux valves and accuators, air conrtol valve, OMP.
Used some cool plates that I had made.

Now at start up it over fuels or floods, I shut the fuel off and try again it cleans out then it starts and runs great.

Go to restart same thing.
Why is this doing this?

Did you get the injectors cleaned?

Have you upgraded the fuel pump?

I put in a switch to ground the fuel pump resistor relay while cranking to hold the pump at low voltage until it starts.

Yes I had them cleaned and I have the print out. I pulled them out during cranking and looked at the spray, lots of fuel. they are Denso HI 460cc.

Stock fuel pump.

I know how to bypass it, just didn't want to it's a tacky fix.

Is this an NA?
Your profile says you have a turbo setup?

How many miles are on the rebuild?? If it's still fresh or > 100 miles, i'd say it just needs to be broken in.... Can you get it to start at all??

Yes this motor is N/A, S5 center housing and rotors, S4 intake and end housings,
93 turbo rotor housings, Aux valves gone, and ported.

My turbo 84 is blown I ran it to lean, the Pro 7 is doing well, this is a 87 autox car.

It does start and runs strong. Just have to shut off the fuel whist starting

OK I figured it out. The motor has to have more compression, only 60 psi when cold, see what happens when you try and save money and reuse the housings and side seals. Hopefully this weekend at the Lone Pine Time Trials the apex seals will bed into the used housings.

I did use theirs I think. Got them from Real World Solutions at least thats what I put on the check. I really like them over the ones from Mazda.

I'm installing the fuel relay bypass now.I will give it a few months to seat and see what happens, However I will start to build a replacment soon with all new parts.
