Our 2nd Turbo 2

Well, I built the first one (still isn't running) and we have just bought a second one. 88 with all the options. $1000 and it came with an extra motor. The guy we bought it from thinks it has a blown motor because huge clouds of smoke come out when he started it for the first time in three years. I tinkered with it and it runs great now, still has a huge oil leak somewhere gonna jack it up today. This was my first taste of boost since my turbo project is not done yet.

I guess $1000 is a good deal for a t2 blown or not! It is red on red but we have ripped out the interior because it stunk like cat **** and it was ugly
I wanna crank up the boost!

Oh it also has a hard time starting (when hot) leading me to believe it has low compression. Has 124K on it, and it floods easy when hot.

mmmmm....... i wanna taste some boost also. I'm buying an '87 TII for $1000(hopefully he'll take less) and it just needs a CAT and a release bearing. Good luck with your projects
