Here in Seattle you can buy them at Kinokuniya. SoCal has more choices.

The RX-7 section is not pretty interesting. They do build up a Turbo II and race it at the Roadster & Rotary meeting at Ebisu Circuit. Although the lap times during the practice sessions were fastest, the exhaust tip actually crushes in during the actual race and it is not able to compete at it's full potential. The FC gets last place, but the highly modified REAmemiya FD gets first. The driver of the FC is discouraged and becomes motivated to break the 59 second Tsukuba Circuit hot lap barrier never acheived by an FC. After a couple of laps, he succesfully gets a time of 58.something. If you do not understand the Japanese, the plot will be very confusing.

The other sections of the video were also very exciting. The main event was the hot lap sessions at Tsukuba Circuit, where many tuned cars competed. (Mine's R34, Jun EVO V, HKS EVO VII, and the awesome 800hp Signal Auto R34 just to list a few)

I bought my copy at the Asahiya Bookstore located in the Yaohan Plaza in Little Tokyo, LA.

yups

I got one where they go to all these different mountain passes throughout Japan and the locals are just drifting one behind the other and fast speeds like its nobodys business.

Since we're in Hawaii we live close to Japan and adopt alot of things from them. For instance, twice a month our local track holds an all day drift session were you can, you guessed it, drift to your hearts content. It's mostly dominated my Hatchis but it's all good. Plus it only costs 10 bucks to do!
