well, the battery i had in the car took a crap (leaking from the posts) so i picked up an Optima battery (red top)...installing it was easy, as would installing any battery, except when i first tried putting it in, the tiedown was too tall...after trying different things, i realized that the plastic "cover" it came with was also used to make the battery "taller"...once i got that done and i hooked it up, the results were right in front of my face...always @ about 14 volts...even at idle it was running at about 14 volts! i was suprised! but yea...easy install and worth the little extra money i think...

 

damn, you need to mount that in your storage boxes

 

i didn't have the time to, and i kinda need to be able to drive my car soon enough i will be ripping every single useless piece out of my car, and i will put it in, but for now it stays in the stock location
