Lightbulb Oppnions Please!!!

A few days ago I posted about a TII that I bought that was fliped and was smoking. I have ran this car 3 times now for a total of about an hour. The other day the last time I ran it I pulled the TID off to take a look at the turbo and on the lip that the TID clamps to on the turbo there was a small puddle of oil and looked a little bit oily in there and a little oily in the TID. could the turbo have an oil leak and be causing the smoke??? I doubt that there could still be oil just sitting there after like letting it run for 20min the last three days. any thoughts?? also it has some shaft play in out and up down but not a ton.

There was oil in the TID? Sounds like the crankcase has excessive pressure causing it to spew out the vent and into the TID. Excessive crankcase pressure would also cause oil blow by in the turbo causing that to smoke. What color is the smoke? Blue, black or white?
