Smile i got my motor in! need help.

i got my car started today and the motor ran fine. only problem is that it stays between 4-5 thousand rpms and it just bounces back and forth. i dont know what it is but i would also like to ditch as much of the vacumn **** as i can, i dont worry about emissions so any advice would help. thanx

tps is outta adjust ment if i may say vacume leak ahh little screw above the tps adjustment and idle screw
