Opinions on pinning and studding a turbo 13b

What are your opinions on pinning and studding turbo motors? I am looking to make upwards of 500whp and some engine builders say do it and others do not. Opinions please!

You didn't say what series. S5's had the stronger rear irons, so they're a bit beefier and can take more than the S4 engines, but lot of it has to do with the quality of your tune.
