opinion wanted, to tune or not to tune?

hey all i dunno if any of you ever read any of the guch threads form the se area or not but to make a long story short he basically fucked over a bunch of people who got there motors rebuilt there. anyway after about 10k on my guch rebuild i am only making about 70 psi compression on both rotors. i am gona save up for a good motor builder but till then heres the question. i have an opportunity to get my car tuned by steve kan in a week. now should i spend all the money its gonna take to get my car ready (overnight a divided mani from california $150; dowpipe and intercooler pipe?$150; tune $300 and dyno time??) now would yahll go through all the toruble and money toget the car ready and tuned or just say **** it and keep the car on the base map till i save up enough for a real, good rebuild?

I would take the rebuild... its better to know that your motor is in good shape.

i would say dont tune it, you never know what will be different once the engine is rebuilt, so the money to tune it might be a waste.
