Opinion about Valvoline vr-1

Yea i just wanted to get some opinions about the valvoline vr-1 20-50 oil. I normally wouldnt put it in but i started at a new garage and they have a few cases of it. I was going to do a engine flush and then put that in. What do you think.

Search what Mazda recommends for synthetic oil, if valvoline is not on that list then no.

There are a million opinions on oil.

I use VR-1 20w-50 and know other 13b race cars that do as well.

Short term use, or track racing use, I wouldn't worry.

Long term for a street car, yeah... I'd be pretty iffy on it.
