Only flooding my front rotors

I have 2 550 injectors and 2 720 a 3rd gen pump and all emission ripe out . Why am I only flooding the front rotors , the car doesnt even want to turn over

If the car doesn't turn over, your problem is the starter, not fuel.

Although, if your front rotor is flooding out, it seems like a stuck injector.

Get them professionally cleaned.
