one less rx-7 on the road

i was on my way to my g/f's house and when i was going to turn down the lane outta no where a 2nd gen rx-7 flew by me so fast i could bearly tell it was a 7. anyway after i left her house (about 20 min) i was on my way to work and about 5 miles down the road i saw the 7 agian except this time it was bent in half and a telephone post was laying down on the side of it and the guy was being loaded up into the anbulance. the cops said he was doing 100+mph when he lost control on a sharp curve and hit the pole. i just hope the dude dosen't die ......

anyone on here ever totaled a 7 ??? becides the this guy?

Black 87 TII. Wet road, wrapped it around a light pole right at the firewall.

Yea, I totalled my first Rex. It was a 89 gtu. I blew out a tire which caused me to go off the road into a field. The field was angled so I ended up rolling 5 times and in the process got thrown out of the car during one of the rolls. Don't know if it was the driver's side window or the sunroof I flew out of. Broken collar bone, dislocated shoulder, and bruised spleen are a little reminder to me

Doh Wreckless driving is a bad idea
seatbelts are a good idea....
Taking Girlfriend on a joyride is bad idea
Burning up tires and flooring it constantly at an autocross is a good idea

That is sad. Especially since you saw him only a few minutes prior.

I hate when RX-7s get wrecked.

I totaled one. Went off the road trying to avoid an on-coming car(in the middle of the road) around a sweeping turn. Spun around, hit a tree backwards at 60+ mph, spun some more, then rolled over. I was going about 70-75 around the turn. I dont have any pictures online, but the car was messed up pretty bad.

Seat belts save lives!!!!!!!!!!! I walked away from that wreck with out a scratch, thanks to my seatbelt, and the extremely strong b-pillar in an FC.
