Once again in need of help

ok, so now my car idles alright. but, whenever i step on the gas anywhere near hard, it sits and has problems for about 5sec and then goes up. I can slowly raise the RPM's up to redline but even then sometimes it gets caught at about 4k

and when i say "step on the gass" i mean anywhere above about 10% throttle.

Also, when i let my foot off the gas. it revs about 300rpm and proceedes to go back to idle

PS: I do have the pill in the boost sensor vac. line

Did you set your timing?

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me though.

Check for vacuum leaks, and adjust your TPS. Also check all engine grounds (under intake, near starter, from under intake to firewall).
