OMP worries w/ piggyback computer?

OK folks, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. I am thinking of running a piggyback computer, either an SAFC or a Megasquirt. But I worry about the OMP. I will still have the stock ECU in place, hooked up, doing ignition... but with the different amount of fuel being injected, do I have to worry about the amount of oil going in? That is, if I leave the TPS and stock ECU (this is an S5), will it give me the appropriate amount of oil?

Thanks,
Andrew
