OMP premix question

well i found out that my computer is probably shot after my OMP went out
because the omp driver in the Ecu short circuits as soon as the OMP itself short circuits.

read this http://www.avproecm.com/rx-7.htm

this tells what happens in convertible 89-91,
the omp goes bad. the Computer component goes bad just as well.
this company in south florida repairs such a thing

since my computer is shot, and i have my new OMP hooked up
i should disconnect it and run premix before this one short circuits
what do i need to run premix?

On S5 models you have to have the OMP plugged in or else it will go into limp mode unless you go with a standalone. Some people block off the OMP and tie it to the side and out of the way and premix.
