Unhappy OMP leak

I have been reading and searching for the last 2 hours on the Oil Metering pump. I just replaced the o-ring and it solved some of my leaking but it apear that the place where the rod connects to it has oil on it now. Is it possible for it to leak here. And if so how do you fix that.

Some internal seal on the throttle position arm gone bad? Never heard of that, but I would guess the fix would be a "new" OMP...
