Is the OMP metering any oil at idle? Oil flow makes the metering pump turn...that's how it works? Three year sitting GLX, OMP lever not moving..

Up date: Got my two ring binder printed up with the manual. Cracked my oil plug into white plastic bucket..darker but contaminate free as at the dipstick. Found gas tank drain plug...grounded out my test plug..fresh gas at the tank return line. GTX down the plug holes twice...oil pressure up...making lots of noise now with the plugs out.. Anyway, in with the plugs, in with the fuses, out with the gas masks!

 

The OMP is closed at idle.
