OMP and fuel filter question

I have a few questions i hope some one can answer them. I don't see these questions very often so i am asking them. First question: I am trying to fix all or most of my oil leaks and i found out that my OMP is leaking is crazy. MY question would be it it the OMP that is leaking or is it just lines. Is there a kit i can buy to fix it? Would i be getting enough oil in the engine if is leaking?? My second question is about fue filters. I was replacing my filter last nite and i accidently got a little bit of dirt in the filter hose would that mess up the filter or the engine?? That little dirt is bothering me alot. Any help or common would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

If your MOP is leaking DO NOT drive the car!!!!!! Don't even turn it on!

You need to start running pre-mix NOW ASAP!

The MOP deals with internal lubrication of the rotary with a leaking MOP or lines you are probably not getting enough IF any oil to lube the internal area of the engine. This is really BAD and could kill your engine.

Take another car to autozone and buy several quarts of two stroke oil. Everytime you fill up add 1oz of two stroke per gallon of gasoline. Simplest way to remember is a FULL tank needs a half of a quart or 16oz. Put the two stroke oil in BEFORE you pump gas so the 14-16 gallons of fuel mix it up nicely.

Search for my name and pre-mix or MOP and find my writeup on the mod. This is crusial to the life of your engine.

you can get the parts from a junkyard, make sure they work or get quite a few so that you can interchange the find the ones that do work. But it would be easier and cheaper and better to just block off the OMP and pre-mix so that you can run a synthetic in your oil. just keep a bottle of two cycle oil in your car and a lil sticky note by your gas gauge or inside your gas door to remind you.

Like I said with a shot MOP or any of its components I woudln't even turn on the car without pre-mixing first. Yes you can replace the MOP infact I think I have one PM me if you want it I will let you have it for cheap. If its the lines it will cost you around 100 bux plus shipping to replace them with the PROPER ones but you can use some other type of line but I don't remember the size. My oppinion stays keeping it under 3k means nothing if you don't know how much if any oil is getting in there. simplest thing to do is go buy some two stroke and pump gas. I don't see how someone would forget pre-mixing. I haven't ever. My car is a daily driver too. Read my writeup and learn a few things based on my instructions you should be albe to remove and reinstall the MOP if you don't want to pre-mix for ever.

1987RX7guy i will start running premix. Thanks for the help. Any one can answer this question so please fell free to make any commits. I am being stupid for thinking that my car can run perfect?? OR oil leak free?? I already don't have a power steering unit. But my clutch cylinder fluld is starting to look low too. I mean how can i leak so many things at once. I just changed my oil pan gasket and is leaking worst than ever. THe oil pan leak is about the same since the engine mount bolts is where the oil is coming from. But my oil line are starting to leak alot too. ANd around my oil pressure sensor is leaking alot too. Where is the the oil coming from around the oil pressure sensor? My oil pressure is low too. Not too low but i suspect is either the oil pressure regulator or the gauge is just mess up. I will find that out monday or something. But the car is driving me nuts! I am just felling lost man any one got any thing to say or give me a huge. (sorry no guy hugs ehh)

I wouldn't be worried about the MOP leaking. Although you should repair the leak when you can. If you cannot get access to an O-Ring from the dealership just yet, Gasket Maker can be easily used. As for the Oil Filter, I would replace It. It's cheap and provides a peace of mind.
