OMP codes 27, 37

So I got these error codes thursday. Code 37 has lots of info on how to check the ohms, voltage etc. but all code 37 says is to check the egine electronic section of the FSM (Sectoion G. I don't see a damn thing in that section about the OMP.
Any Ideas?

It says its a voltage drop but I'm not sure quite where to check for that one.
Im going to check all the other stuff with the info from a really good thread on the OMP, but it doesn't say anything about the voltage code.

I pulled my ECU and will open it up tonight to see if its been burned and if that is whats killing it.

Any help apreaciated
